Pollye Jo Campbell, age 80 of San Antonio, TX passed away December 6, 2013 in NE Baptist Hospital. She was born on September 5, 19 33 in Lohn, McCulloch Co. TX to Emma Turner and Paul Marshall. She and her sister Helen Hargis, both graduated Tivy High School. Pollye loved her Country and was proud to have worked as a Civil Service Servant first as a Clerk Typist retiring as a GS-11 on the Survey Team with Health Service Command at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Pollye married Collin Lee Campbell Oct 6, 1979 and enjoyed fishing and years of retirement together on Lake McQueeney. Pollye was the caretaker of her devoted husband Curly, step-father Louis Weinheimer and mother Emma Weinheimer after which she enjoyed living at the Towers Parklane playing bridge, sharing her quilting skills and socializing with her friends. She and previous husband Lloyd R. Lewis are survived by their children, Lloyd (Reggie) Lewis Jr., Debra Speiser and Pamela Bonds; their spouses Nelwyn Lewis, Len Speiser and Jerry Bonds; granddaughter Audrey Lewis; half brother Larry Marshall and his wife Paula, and brother-in-law Richard Hargis and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be 9 am, Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
