Mrs. Phyllis Schoener age 87 of San Antonio, died Thursday, June 8, 2006. She was born in Camp Upton, NJ and was one of the first women accepted and to graduate from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She was a successful business woman her whole life and dealt in jewelry and fine arts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Schoener; her brother, Kenneth Ladensohn. Survivors: sister-in-law, Jean Ladensohn; nieces, Sydney Stern and AnnDee Steidel; nephew, David Ladensohn; stepdaughter, Jennifer Dicce; and a close friend, Lisa Jaffe-Greenland.
