by his daughters, Cynthia E.
Brown, Kathryn A. Rogers,
and Patricia A. Dees;
grandsons, Jackson C. Rogers
and Carson D. Rogers;
brother, Joe L. Brown.

A memorial service was
held on January 5, 2017 at Alamo
Heights United Methodist Church followed by a graveside service at Fort Sam Houston
National Cemetery. |

An event was named for Phil at the San Antonio 4th of July Regional
in 2017. |
