Paul E.
Kelley, Jr. passed away on November 2,
2015, twenty four days shy of his 70th
birthday. |

Born and raised in
southeastern Colorado until
he was 12, when the family
moved to Amarillo, TX, Paul
graduated from Tascosa High
School and West Texas State
University. After serving
four and a half years in the
Army as an Air Defense
Artillery Officer, including
a tour in Vietnam, Paul got
his law degree from the
University of Texas Law
School and went to work for
the IRS, where he served in
the Estate and Gift Tax
Division for 35 years. |

An avid bridge player, Paul
attained the rank of
Platinum Life Master (over
10,000 master points), an
achievement very rare in the
bridge world! He also was a
huge baseball and basketball
fan, watching and attending
many local games. |
|
He is survived by his wife
of 26 years, Rosemary
Kelley, two sons, Paul
Kelley of Copperas Cove, TX
and Rodney Kelley of
Colorado Springs, CO, four
grandchildren, and a younger
brother. |

A memorial service was held at Sunset North
Funeral Home on November 7, 2015. |
