Our beloved and devoted husband, father,
grandfather, brother and friend Pablo Siegal passed away on September 5, 2016 at
the age of 78. Born September 27, 1937 in Mexico City, he moved to San Antonio
with his young family in 1969. He had a degree in Civil Engineering and was
President of National Lumber Co. and a respected real estate broker. |

Active in
the San Antonio Jewish community, he was
a co-founder of the first Jewish Day
School in the city and a staunch
supporter of the State of Israel. He
enjoyed music, travel and bridge. |
|
His family
was the center of his life. He leaves
behind his grieving wife of 55 years,
Eleanor Epstein Siegal, a native of San
Antonio, as well as his proudest legacy,
his children Arieh and Jennifer Siegal,
Yakir and Wendy Siegal, Yosef Yehuda and
Melanie Siegal, and his grandchildren
Olivia, Elie, Annie, Jessica, Shira and
Noah. |

Other
survivors are Pablo's brother and wife,
Oscar and Rosalinda Siegal, and
Eleanor's brothers and wives, Dr.
William and Sylvia Epstein and David and
Ellen Epstein, along with many nieces,
nephews, cousins and loyal friends. |

The family
extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. David
Friedman and Dr. Hoan Pho for their
outstanding and compassionate care
during Pablo's final illness. |

Funeral
services were held on
September 6, 2016 at Porter Loring Chapel with burial at Agudas Achim
Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Pablo's nephews. Honorary
pallbearers were Dr. Sheldon Braverman, Martin Epner, Alex Scharlack,
Howard Solomon and William Yahiel. |

any Holocaust Memorial Museum of your
choice. |

An event was named for Pablo at the San Antonio 4th of July Regional
in 2017. |
