Her family would like to express
their deep appreciation for all of the love and support they’ve
received from friends and loved ones, of which there are many. Marie
was born and raised in San Antonio, where she attended Providence
High School. After Graduation, she received her beautician’s license
and practiced for many years. While as a beautician she also was
very active with the San Antonio Little Theater, where she was known
to sew costumes and play a part or two, and was recognized in the
San Antonio newspapers for her efforts. |
|
Marie always had a passion for
bridge and was an avid player. After many years of holding
individual games all over San Antonio, she finally opened her own
business, Bailey’s Bridge Studio, where for close to 20 years had
provided a hot lunch and a warm smile for the bridge community in
San Antonio. Although bridge was her livelihood, she considered her
customers as family and friends and was known to always go out of
her way for others. |
