Frances "Cisse"
Horton was born in San Antonio, Texas to
Harold Coulter and Frances Biddle. |

Cisse had
many interests, but contract bridge was
one of her favorite activities. She was
an ACBL Life Master. Her many awards
include the ACBL Unit 172 service award
in 1986; the Oswald Jacoby Service Award
in 1987; ACBL Goodwill Member of the
year in 2006. In her later years, she
found an outlet for her artistic talent
as a volunteer at The Fiesta Store. She
received the Fiesta Spirit Award in
2006, 2007, 2009 - 2012. Also the Fiesta
Directors Award in 2008. She received
the San Antonio Aquatic Club lifetime
coach's award for her 11 years of
service. |

She is
predeceased by her parents, brother
Harold Coulter, sister Robin Stone and
daughter, Carol Conner. She is survived
by Michael (Paula) Horton, Harmony
(Michael) Mullen, Shields Horton and
Hilary (Mitchell) Nelsen. Grandchildren
