The Lillian H. Wyly Award is awarded to the "Ace of Clubs Rookie of the Year."

Lillian H. Wyly, a Silver Life Master, bridge instructor and mentor to many beginner Duplicate Bridge Players,

was the director of the Monday night "Novice" game for many years.

The award is funded by Thomas R. Anable to honor Lillian for her contribution to Bridge,

our Unit and a legend of players who learned to play competitive Bridge from Lillian.

Thomas selected the "Ace of Clubs" award rather than "Mini-McKenney"

in recognition of Lillian's commitment to The Unit and her students.
