Sunday Salad Dressing

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
3/4 cup olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
Place in a small jar and shake very, very well to break down
the lumps and emulsify.
(I save jelly jars to use for my dressings)
