I-Mean-Quick Curried Fruit

If you are tired of the same old meat accompaniments, here is a wonderful, completely different flavor to pair with pork, turkey or chicken. Jean Swenson passed this recipe on for us all to enjoy. I can't imagine an easier way to please your palate.

1 large can pineapple chunks
1 large can peaches
1 large can pears
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 t. curry powder
cinnamon to taste

Drain fruit.
Add the brown sugar, curry powder and cinnamon to the melted butter. Heat and stir until the sugar is totally dissolved and pour over fruit. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
